Your shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
Product weight, dimensions, destination and carrier.
You will be able to review your shipping costs prior to submitting your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to international addresses. There is an extra space before the bullet point that is throwing off the alignment.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates, Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands.
- Heavy or oversized products cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. This will be indicated on the product description page.
- In some instances when the order total exceeds $400, a signature will be required upon delivery.
RETURNS
Your purchase of an Elite Gourmet product can be returned within 30 days of receiving your item. You will be eligible for a full refund minus shipping. Or exchange of an item, upon receiving of your returned item in our warehouse.
