Q. What does Factory Re-conditioned mean?
a. Our factory reconditioned products are items that have been returned to us and are thoroughly inspected and tested by our technicians. 70% of these items are in excellent condition, fully functional and returned typically due to buyer's remorse. All Re-conditioned products are tested and restored to excellent working order & if necessary, new parts are installed. Some products are in new condition and need only testing by us while some may have been used and/or have minor cosmetic flaws. In order to offer the lowest possible price to our customers, re-conditioned items are sold with no refund and a 60 day warranty. After the warranty period has expired, our customer support team will still be available to assist customers by phone or email to resolve issues or suggest parts replacement.

Q. What if my Factory Re-conditioned Item is defective?
a. If defective, your appliance may be returned for an exchange only within 15 days of receipt of your order.  To exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you have an RA# please pack your item carefully and ship it to Maxi-Matic USA, 18401 E. Arenth Ave. City of Industry CA 91748. We are not responsible for shipping charges to and from our warehouse.  We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking information and insurance such as UPS or FedEx.

Q. I’ve noticed some of your item descriptions say that the item is “Re-Stocked,” what does that mean?
a. Re-Stocked products are units that were labeled 'damaged in transit' by UPS or other carriers. The majority of these items have damaged packaging during transit. The items work as described and in "like new" condition. All re-stocked products are inspected and tested to ensure they work properly. In order to offer the lowest possible price to our customers, re-stocked items are sold with no refund and a 90 day warranty. After the warranty period has expired, our customer support team will still be available to assist customers by phone or email to resolve issues or suggest parts replacement..

Q. What if I purchase a Re-stocked item and it is defective?
a. If defective, your appliance may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order.  To exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Q. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
a. If you live in the State of California, we are required to collect sales tax.

Q. Once I’ve placed my order how long will it take for me to receive my item?
a. Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Depending on your location in the U.S., it may take 3-10 business days to reach you. (Alaska and Hawaii may take longer).

Q. How do I cancel an order?
a. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation but we will do our best to accommodate your request. (Please note that there is a $0.30 transaction fee that is non-refundable. This applies to all order cancellations that are not a result of an error on our part.)
