Ingredients:
3–4 large green tomatoes
2 cups flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp seasoning salt
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes into 1/2 inch slices.
2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and seasoning salt in one bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and oil.
4. Dip tomato slices into the milk mixture, then into the flour. Repeat to double coat.
5. Preheat air fryer to 395°F for 3 minutes.
6. Cook in the air fryer at 395°F for 14–17 minutes until golden and crisp.
